The peaceniks of FCNL are a-stirrin‘ about my post on the beliefs of the Sidwell School, which the Obama girls will attend.  They admitted to doing outreach programs with the school and while providing no details about these, it’s probably not a stretch to say the programs undoubtedly fit into the leftist framework that define both the school and FCNL.  I’m not going to waste my time getting into a tit-for-tat with these people about the school and the nature of their connections to it – the issue here is that Obama is of like mind with these leftists and that one of their staff was tapped in a VOA story to explain Obama’s proposed civilian national security force.

Separately, another FCNL post laments a supposedly “lame” response from White House Press Secretary Dana Perino to a question about a cluster bomb ban from the insufferable Helen Thomas.  What is really lame is that Thomas, by asking the question, was simply acting as a conduit for FCNL, which is a lobbying organization. She was the keynote speaker at FCNL’s annual meeting in November, as can be seen on the group’s website.  Is it any surprise that after fraternizing with these folks, she then asks a question of the White House related to their agenda?  Certainly nobody of import continues to coddle the notion that Thomas is objective.  But the fact that she is in bed with radicals and then carries their agenda to the White House briefing room while pretending to be a journalist  is…ridiculous.
